Creating Team Synergy เป็นกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สไตล์ที่เหมือนและต่างกัน สร้างการเรียนรู้ที่สนุกสนานและสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อนำศักยภาพและจุดแข็งของแต่ละสไตล์ออกมาใช้เพื่อสร้างพลังทวีคูณ และความสำเร็จที่ยั่งยืนให้กับทีมและองค์กร

การทำงานแบบ Hybrid อาจทำให้ทีมต่าง ๆ มีมุมมองแบบ Silo Mindset กิจกรรม Team Synergy จะช่วยสร้างทัศนคติ Collaborative Mindset และพฤติกรรมที่นำไปสู่พลังทวีคูณ

กิจกรรม Creating Team Synergy เน้นกลยุทธ์ในการสร้างทีม ไม่ใช่การทำ Walk Rally และไม่ใช่การทำกิจกรรมทีม ที่เมื่อกลับมาทำงานไม่นาน ความรู้สึกร่วมมือร่วมใจก็หายไป

ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะได้มีส่วนร่วมอย่างเต็มที่ ผ่านกิจกรรมต่างๆ อีกทั้งได้รับความรู้และทักษะการสื่อสารในทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

วิทยากรเชี่ยวชาญในการให้แนวทางการนำความรู้และทักษะที่ได้รับ กลับไปใช้ในการทำงานได้อย่างแท้จริง

วัตถุประสงค์:

เข้าใจลักษณะของทีมงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลอย่างแท้จริง
เข้าใจบทบาทของผู้นำทีมและผู้ร่วมทีมที่เปี่ยมด้วยพลังเสริม (Synergy)
เข้าใจจุดอ่อนและจุดแข็งของทีมงาน สามารถพัฒนาทีมงานและเพิ่มศักยภาพของทีม
สร้างพลังเสริมจากสไตล์ของคนที่มีความแตกต่างให้เป็นพลังเสริมโดยไม่นำมาซึ่งความแตกแยก
มีวิธีการสื่อสาร การตัดสินใจร่วมกันในทีมและสามารถบริหารความขัดแย้งในทางสร้างสรรค์

และพัฒนาตนเองและทีมงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

“Creating Team Synergy” is an organizational learning experience that has help teams and organizations improve their working relationship and the quality and quantity of the work they produced.

During the program, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the operation of their team with their team members, surface and respond to specific issues that may be hindering the synergistic performance of their team.

The program is designed to give participants insights into how their behaviors determine the outcomes and how they can change their behaviors to be more productive.

At the conclusion of the program, participants will find this experience netted two results: improved productivity and greater work satiscation and engagement.

Objectives:

Deepen understanding of one another
Gently surface behaviors that are counterproductive to synergy
Capitalize on team’s style to improve productivity and greater work satisfaction.
Practice collaborative communication within teams and in cross-functional teams
Recognize and reduce blockage to innovation and maximum synergy
Practice feedforward toward the completion of the activity to sustain the synergistic behavior thereafter
