The program is ICF Approved Coach Specific Training, Level 1 - 60 hours. The program develops core coaching competencies, and path to creating coaching culture.

The program guides leaders and managers how to apply coaching to support your change and transformation initiatives and effectiveness.
This 125 hour coaching education will offer intensive learning, practices, and feedback in coach core competencies based on 8 ICF’s professional core coaching competencies.

Leader and Manager as Coach Certificate Program
The program is ICF Approved Continuing Coach Education - 15 hours. The program provides simple and practical tools for coaching within organization.
